Pulley is a well known mechanic in Midori City. He owns his very own workshop that he built inside his house. People who have Personal Robots, gadgets, or other important gadgets that aren't working take them to Pulley for a good fixer up... and for a reasonable price too. He's a smart and energetic boy who loves hanging with his best friend Ratchet Myini and his Personal Robot Wrench.

Wrench is a (you guessed it) wrench Personal Robot. He was given to Pulley when he was 5 years old as a present from his Grandfather. He can be a bit harsh sometimes but he's actually very protective of Pulley and the people he knows.

Ratchet lives in Midori City, he spends most of his time hanging out with Pulley at his workshop. He is usually unsuccessful in flying since his actual patagiums were torn off in an accident that happened when he was younger so he usually wears clothing with faux-patagiums to attempt to "fly". He can be a bit goofy at times, but when he's not playing around he can be very helpful; he also loves to have tea parties even if no one else wants to have one.

Batt is a (as his name says) bat Personal Robot. He was given to Ratchet by Pulley as a flying instructor; Batt tries his best to teach Ratchet how to fly. He can be a bit timid, but when Ratchet's safety is at stake he does the best he can to protect him.

Gender: Female

Luna lives in Green Valley on a hill, she is usually kept to herself and doesn't interact with others unless she goes to the City. She may look a bit intimidating, but she is very friendly towards the ones she trusts.

Gender: Male

Meka is a mechanical bull Personal Robot. He was given to Luna as a Christmas present when she was 8 years old (he was Turbine at the time). He does not trust anyone that he or Luna does not know well, he is very over-protective of Luna but only because he wants to ensure that she never gets hurt; mainly because all he wants is for her to be happy.
